Second session of yoga. I love the challenge. I love being entirely present in the moment. I love how I feel when the light comes back on.
Complete calm. Bliss. Centred. Euphoric.
Even my face looks beautiful at the end of yoga. Or is the way I view myself through my feelings.
Food for thought.
But not for now.
My best me is me after yoga. My best life would see me feeling calm and acting from a higher source all of the time. Yoga provides perspective. Soul healing. And bliss.
